This Thursday:

Wow! We have been on quite a journey these past few months! We have traveled a long road, requiring us to face denial, surrender our lives to Christ, take an honest look at our lives, and be humbled enough to make changes. We’ve been willing to forgive and make amends. Not too long ago, most of us would have said that it was an impossible journey. And we would have been right. We never could have made it through by our own strength and power. We’ve only made it this far because back in Principle 3, we chose to turn our lives and wills over to the care of God.
This week, we move into Principle 7 and Step 10, where we find ourselves at a crossroads in our recovery. It is in these upcoming steps and principles that our recovery, our new way of living, really takes off and bears the fruit of all of the changes that we and God have been working on together. Come join us to see what God has in store for us on the road ahead.

Recovery Reminder
Principle 7: Reserve a daily time with God for self-examination, Bible reading, and prayer in order to know God and His will for my life and to gain the power to follow His will.
“Happy are those who Celebrate Recovery” Some one in recovery.
Step 10: We continued to take personal inventory and when we were wrong, promptly admitted it.
“So, if you think you are standing firm, be careful that you don’t fall!”  1 Corinthians 10:12
