This Thursday is Robyn’s Testimony

“I joined a Celebrate Recovery 12-step group because I was stuck in a painful place. I was living in crisis mode and had almost reached the confrontation stage, which is the stage where I risked losing something important. I knew I needed help before reaching the catastrophic stage, where consequences hit and the bottom falls out.  I was on the verge of ending my 25 year marriage and had been living in denial about the severity of our problems. To cope, I had been acting out in a way that was unhealthy for me and our relationship…..

….But Celebrate Recovery has helped bring me out of the darkness of denial and into the healing light of Christ. Most of the time, on my bad days, instead of seeking comfort through unhealthy coping behaviors, I turn to my accountability partner, Celebrate Recovery, Church, and my support team of Christian women friends who have loved me unconditionally.”

The thief’s purpose is to steal and kill and destroy. My purpose is to give them a rich and satisfying life.”  John 10:10
