Testimony: CHRISTINA
Here is an excerpt from this week’s testimony from Christina, a woman experiencing victory over anger:
“…However, all the anger and rage that I had hidden from all but those closest to me for so many years was now on the table for all to see. In the past, whenever I would get angry, I would go away by myself and yell, throw things, destroy something, and then put it all back in order. No one had to know.
During this time, I had a friend in my small group who knew how much I was struggling and would meet me for lunch just to let me vent. She would occasionally offer godly advice, but mostly she offered God’s love and acceptance. During one of our lunches, she mentioned codependency. It was the first time I had heard the word codependency…”
We hope you’ll join us this week as Christina shares the story of the LORD taking her struggles and turning them into victories.
“Behold, it was for my welfare that I had great bitterness; but in love you have delivered my life from the pit of destruction, for you have cast all my sins behind your back.” Isaiah 38:17
