Lesson #11: Spiritual Inventory – Part 2
You can’t heal a wound by saying it’s not there.” Jeremiah 6:14
A couple of weeks ago, we began the process of openly examining our lives, asking God to help us assess and make note of both the good and bad things that comprise our past. We have looked at our relationships, our attitudes, and our priorities.
We will continue on with Part 2 of our Spiritual Inventory by seeking out any sins and shortcomings that may be preventing God from working effectively in our lives and in our recoveries. We will seek out these sins and shortcomings by systematically looking at and evaluating four key areas–our mind, our body, our family, and our church. Join us this week as we learn how to successfully clear harmful things from our past and present so that God’s work in our lives is not hindered in any way.
“”If you are unwilling to obey the LORD, then decide today whom you will obey…But as for me and my family, we will serve the LORD.” Joshua 24:15
